Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Richard Castillo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Garrick Morello!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Jack Bonds and Frank Antenori.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Castillo swings widly with a right hand
and Morello counters with a straight right hand.
Morello throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Morello throws a lazy uppercut
and Castillo counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
A jab from Castillo misses.
Castillo throws a hook but Morello avoids it easily.
Castillo's jab looks to have found its range, popping Morello under the eye.

It looks like Garrick Morello has been cut.
Castillo definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Morello fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Castillo manages to avoid it.
Morello on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Richard Castillo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Castillo sizes up Morello with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

Morello just misses with a punch to the body.

Morello is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Castillo rather than just go for the knockout.

Castillo throws out a loose jab but Morello uses good head movement to avoid it.

Morello tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Castillo manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Morello moves to clinch but Castillo breaks away
and Castillo counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Castillo takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
A jab lands there for Castillo.
Morello falls off balance throwing a combination
and Morello takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Morello is rocked!
Castillo lands a right hook to the body.
Castillo is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.

Morello is still on wobbly legs! Can Castillo finish him?
Castillo throws an overhand right that drops Morello like a sack of potatoes! Castillo dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!
