Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Exotic Winner (ranked 24376 p4p, 3941 weight class) and Doo Ho Choi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Choi has chosen Superman theme as his entrance music. Doo Ho Choi looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 6 - 41 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Exotic Winner! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Doo Ho Choi! The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Timothy Bukovac and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Winner closes this distance looking for a takedown but Choi circles away. Winner misses with a wild combination.
Winner looks to clinch and Choi counters with a good low kick that Winner was not able to check. Winner dips to his left and cracks Choi with an uppercut! Winner throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Choi was covering up waiting for the punch and Winner finishes the takedown easily into guard. Choi wants to stand but Winner is controlling the position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Winner avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

That's one minute gone in the round. Choi is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched. Winner wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. A frustrated look appears on Choi's face as he tries to break the clinch. Choi breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Winner lands a lovely overhand right. Winner gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Choi counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Winner is lucky that one didn't land flush. Winner avoids the head kick by Choi.
Winner half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range. Winner tries to clinch and Choi counters with a three punch combo that has Winner backing up. Winner nods at Choi to acknowledge the strikes. Nice cross by Winner. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Winner shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Choi looks winded!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Choi is looking for a sweep. Winner is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Winner wants to lay and pray for a moment but Choi keeps working. Choi felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it. Choi pushes Winner off looking to stand but Winner dives back in and keeps control.
Choi is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first. The fighters are battling for position here. Choi manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Choi tries to land a sweep but no joy. Choi has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Winner is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Choi. Winner decides to take the fight back to the feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Winner drives through and clinches with Choi against the cage.

Exotic Winner seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Winner fails with the takedown and Choi counters with a head kick. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Exotic Winner. That's going to take a lot out of him. Winner takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. Choi blocks a jab. Choi is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Winner with a body shot. Choi circles away from the clinch attempt and Choi counters with a one-two to the body.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Winner shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Choi cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Choi connects with a high kick. Winner really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Choi takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! A thudding body kick lands there by Choi!

Winner lands a glancing blow to the side of Choi's head. Winner tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Choi swivels and escapes. Choi throws a nice inside leg kick. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Doo Ho Choi dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. Choi dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Winner. That did some damage! Winner shoots for a takedown but Choi saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Winner takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket. Choi displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Winner. Choi unleashes a big counter combination but Winner bobs and weaves and avoids any damage. Winner on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Choi swats away the attempt to clinch by Winner. Choi doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter. Choi lands a nice leg kick that just misses Winner's sensitive parts.
That's one minute gone in the round. Choi on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. Winner closes this distance looking for a takedown but Choi circles away. And an attempted straight right on the counter from Choi! But no joy. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Exotic Winner. That's going to take a lot out of him. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Winner throws a big shot that misses. Winner tries to close the distance and clinch but Choi swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Choi is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own. Choi throws a head kick that half lands.
Choi thows a body kick. Winner tries to catch it but that hurt him. Doo Ho Choi is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Winner shoots for a takedown but Choi saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Choi is clearly looking to counter with head kicks. Choi lands a leg kick that knocks Winner off balance momentarily. Choi lands with a thumping leg kick.
Winner fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Winner misses with a lunging right hand
and Winner takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. A thudding body kick lands there by Choi!
Choi fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Winner. Choi has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Winner misses with a takedown attempt and Choi counters with a one-two to the body. Winner is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches. Donk. Choi catches Winner right on the button with a cross. Winner fails with the takedown. Choi is looking for the big counter here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Winner stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Choi. Choi lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Choi with a nice calf kick. Choi throws a one two combo.
Winner gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Choi counters with a flying knee. Nice. A slapping leg kick lands for Choi.
Choi lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt. Doo Ho Choi seems to be getting the better of the standup. Winner tries to clinch up and Choi counters with a series of strikes. Winner will be more careful next time no doubt.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Winner shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Choi manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Choi has his feet on Winner's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work. Winner is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight. Winner throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Choi is trying to counter with his kicks. A shot to the liver by Choi. Beautiful body shot. Choi lands with a kick to the temple. Winner shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?" Winner closes the distance but Choi moves to the side and Choi counters with a two punch combo. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Doo Ho Choi showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round! Winner slips under a jab from Choi. Winner fails with a takedown attempt. Choi shapes to counter with a head kick. Winner doesn't manage to clinch there - Choi circles away.

That's one minute gone in the round. Winner looks to clinch and Choi counters with a big head kick but Winner shrugs it off. Choi takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Winner throws an off balance right hand
and Choi connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Choi throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Winner moves into range and clinches up with Choi. Winner fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Choi breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Winner wants to clinch. Choi was about to counter that last move with a leg kick but changes his mind. Nice takedown defense from Choi. No joy for Winner on that attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Exotic Winner. That's going to take a lot out of him. A nice inside leg kick there by Choi. That's going to slow Winner down.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Winner takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Winner. Choi tries a quick counter leg kick but Winner is wise to it. A nice leg kick from Choi, right into the meat of the thigh.
Winner takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Winner shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Choi makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick. Choi scores with a three punch combo!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Good leg kick by Choi. Winner on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Choi. Choi obviously looking to wear him down.
Winner on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Winner gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick. Winner chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Choi can pounce on him.
Choi lets loose with a powerful body kick. Winner will feel that in the morning. Choi lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt. Winner wants to clinch but Choi slips to the side and Choi counters with a lovely straight right hand! Winner tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Choi swivels and escapes. Choi replies with a solid counter kick to the body but Winner blocks it well.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Choi throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Winner's head. Winner tries to clinch there but Choi circles away.
Winner backing away here, and Choi unleashes a leg kick that just misses. Choi throws a quick inside leg kick. This has been an exciting period of action! Winner gets in close and instigates a clinch. Choi breaks the clinch.
Winner tries to clinch but Choi is having none of it. Choi is looking for the big counter here. Winner tries to clinch up. Winner is looking to clinch. Winner moves out of the way of the counter high kick fromChoi. Choi feints a jab promting Winner to slip. Choi then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Winner slips again and ducks right into an uppercut. Exotic Winner has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Doo Ho Choi is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Choi goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
And that's the end of the fight! Doo Ho Choi comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Choi winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
