Jcool is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Eye of the tiger. Abdul Jcool has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Jack Lawson's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jack Lawson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 30 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Abdul Jcool!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Stewart Dunkirk and Daniel Franklin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jcool fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Lawson to the ground. Jcool is now in Lawson's guard.

That was a close round but I would say that Jack Lawson will probably get the nod.

Jcool gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Lawson to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Jcool has been taking part in the yoga sessions down at Cozad MMA Tokyo. Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Jack Lawson.
I think Lawson has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
