Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Andy Kopecki (ranked 2164 p4p, 2977 weight class) and Dale Doback (ranked 249 p4p, 334 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Andy Kopecki! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 21 - 11 - 2, fighting out of Los Angeles, Dale Doback! The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Steven Brown and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Doback fails in his attempt to clinch. Doback is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Kopecki lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. Doback ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Doback tries to clinch there but Kopecki circles away.
Kopecki looks to land a left hand but Doback moved out of range nicely. Kopecki misses with a hook. Good standup being displayed there by Kopecki as he connects with a hook. Doback tries to clinch up but Kopecki circles away and keeps his distance. Kopecki with the inside leg kick. Doback moves in looking to clinch but Kopecki pushes him off. Kopecki fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Doback is out of range. Kopecki swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Kopecki misses with a leg kick enabling Doback to counter with a crisp jab. Doback tries to close the distance and clinch up but Kopecki swats him away and circles back towards the center. Doback tries to clinch but Kopecki moves out of range. Kopecki lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Kopecki lands a jab to Doback's midsection. Doback tries to clinch up. Doback takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Doback has taken the fight to the clinch.
Kopecki breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Doback moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. Kopecki scores with a nice strike. Doback throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Kopecki. Doback scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. Kopecki lands a lovely overhand right. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Andy Kopecki dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! Doback tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Kopecki appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick. Kopecki misses with a straight left. Doback is looking to clinch but Kopecki is avoiding it.
Kopecki was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. Doback displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Kopecki throws out the jab. Doback's jab looks to have found its range, popping Kopecki under the eye. Doback scores with a jab to the body. Doback tries to clinch but Kopecki moves out of range. Kopecki connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Doback momentarily.
Doback is rocked! and Kopecki counters with a massive uppercut that badly hurts Doback! He's just covering up as Kopecki starts to tee off till the referee steps in and stops the fight!
