Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Abram Mitchell (ranked 5550 p4p, 4583 weight class) and Falco Leadfoot (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mitchell shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Leadfoot as he avoids it easily.
Leadfoot displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Mitchell.
Mitchell moves out of the way of the counter high kick fromLeadfoot.
Leadfoot fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Mitchell is out of range.
Leadfoot throws a head kick but Mitchell moves out of range.

Mitchell looking to score a takedown here. Leadfoot is defending well but Mitchell drives through and ends up in Leadfoot's guard.
Leadfoot really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Mitchell. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Mitchell distracts Leadfoot with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Mitchell accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Leadfoot takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.

Mitchell connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Leadfoot some visible discomfort.
Leadfoot is still in real trouble! Can Mitchell finish him?
Mitchell lands a strong strike to the head of Leadfoot. That's dazed him! Mitchell looking to finish here. Leadfoot is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - Mitchell lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!
