Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between new colin buker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anderson Alves (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Alves is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Disturbed - Down with the Sickness. Anderson Alves will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, new colin buker!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Leandro Rodrigues, Emerson Jorge and Daniel Cesar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alves shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts buker as he jumps to the side.
buker looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Alves tries to clinch up.
Alves tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but buker swivels and escapes.
Alves is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Alves tries to close the distance and clinch up but buker swats him away and circles back towards the center.
buker takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
buker fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Alves tries to clinch but buker is having none of it.
Alves tries to clinch but buker moves out of range.
buker rushes Alves and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
buker taking a breather.
Alves wants to break the clinch but can't.
Alves wants a takedown but no success here.
new colin buker has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Anderson Alves.
Alves tries to land knees in the clinch but buker avoids the damage to the body.
buker tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Alves just stands there and leans against the cage.
That's one minute gone in the round.
buker is pressed up against the cage. Alves has hold of a leg and is looking to drag buker down to the mat. buker avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Alves throws a combination. buker tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Alves has his takedown stuffed
and buker counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
buker thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Alves's head.
Alves gets back to full guard.
Alves trying to keep a closed guard but buker is proving a slippery customer.
buker won't allow Alves to get back to his feet.
buker might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Alves is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
buker wants to pass the guard but Alves is keeping the position.
buker throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Alves is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Alves keeping moving, preventing buker from controlling successfully.

buker is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Alves has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. buker is looking to defend but Alves has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for buker! Alves pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, buker taps out and this one is all over!
