The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A big right from Serrano misses.
Santos buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Serrano tries to bum rush Santos with a series of wild strikes but Santos uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Santos tries to close the distance and clinch but Serrano swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Serrano takes a swing at Santos's ribcage but misses.
Serrano swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Santos slips under a jab from Serrano.

Santos tries to clinch but Serrano moves out of range.

Serrano misses with a few strikes there.
Issac Serrano seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Serrano connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Serrano throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Santos throws a head kick that misses.
Santos tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Serrano is able to avoid easily.
Serrano throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Santos definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
A looping hook to the body misses from Serrano. Santos does a little dance to reset his feet.
Serrano missing with a left hand there. Santos was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
