Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Aloha Joe (ranked 4075 p4p, 3921 weight class) and Korbin Bishop (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Korbin Bishop is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Aloha Joe!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Korbin Bishop!
The judges for this bout are Michael Johnstone, Sandra Marshall and Peter Branson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bishop misses with a takedown attempt - Joe sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
A telegraphed right hand from Joe misses the target.

Joe moves into range and clinches up with Bishop.
Joe's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
Bishop is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Joe pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Bishop goes for a takedown attempt but Joe pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
