McConor throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Howell stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Howell shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Howell seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. McConor is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
