The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Evensen lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Jones fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Evensen checks it well.
Jones finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Evensen comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Evensen checks the leg kick.
Evensen lands with a shot to the body.
Evensen lands a nice hook to Jones's body. Jones takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Evensen lands with a cross.
Jones takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

Evensen is stalking Jones. Jones circles to his left. Keeps circling left. Bam! Straight right from Evensen, and it's lights out! Jones really payed the price for that rookie mistake.
