Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Yandy Mujica (ranked 3286 p4p, 5651 weight class) and Gage Jordan (ranked 230 p4p, 0 weight class). Jordan is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Boldy James & The Alchemist - Surf & Turf Ft. Vince Staples. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Gage Jordan was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Yandy Mujica!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Gage Jordan!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Cecil Peabody and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jordan thumps Mujica with a low kick.
Mujica throws a series of punches but Jordan avoids them all with ease.
Jordan misses with a wild body shot.
Mujica misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Jordan has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Mujica darts in trying to clinch
and Jordan counters with a solid body kick.
Jordan throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
Jordan scores with a push kick.
Jordan circles away from the clinch attempt.
Mujica takes the fight into the clinch.
Mujica is trying to force a seperation but Jordan has the dominant position.
Jordan is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Jordan jumps guard and drags Mujica to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Mujica has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Jordan to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Mujica is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Jordan pulls down on the head and he's put Mujica to sleep! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Gage Jordan!
Gage Jordan really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Uncle Rufus Clothing .Co logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
