Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Hara Seramo (ranked 4178 p4p, 3991 weight class) and Desean Rizzland (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Arvi Lind and Johanna Lukiainen.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rizzland throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Seramo's waist but Seramo gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Rizzland off to one side.
Rizzland tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Seramo swivels and escapes.
Seramo tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Rizzland tries to score a power double leg takedown but Seramo sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Rizzland somewhat.
Hara Seramo has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Desean Rizzland.
Rizzland swats away the attempt to clinch by Seramo.
As Seramo backs off Rizzland throws a huge counter combo but Seramo manages to avoid it all.
Rizzland fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Seramo avoids it really well and circles away.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Seramo. Rizzland shrugs it off though.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Rizzland feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Seramo has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.

Seramo's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Seramo lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.

Seramo will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Seramo engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Rizzland has Seramo pulled in close to control his posture.
Rizzland looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Seramo puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.
Rizzland is trying to get back to full guard.
Rizzland wants to control but Seramo passes into side.
Seramo is looking to take a break and control but Rizzland is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Seramo manages to capitalize on a mistake by Rizzland to take his back!

Seramo is trying to stick to Rizzland's back but Rizzland is turning into Seramo. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Seramo's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Rizzland.
Rizzland must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Seramo has his foot on Rizzland's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Rizzland works his way back into a safe position though.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Rizzland is posturing up here but Seramo has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Rizzland tries to roll out but it's too tight and Rizzland has to tap! Slick submission there by Seramo!
