The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bean throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Bean tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Omarov paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Omarov throws a series of strikes that have Bean backpedaling.

It looks like Mr Bean has been cut.
Omarov scores with a hook to the body. Bean takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.

Omarov has closed the distance and engaged Bean in a clinch.
Bean prevents a body shot from Omarov.
Bean goes for a takedown attempt but Omarov pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
We've been told by Bean's head coaches at Alpha Brasil that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Bean gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Omarov lands a nice looking body shot.
Omarov connects with a good right hand that stumbles Bean. Bean circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Omarov lands a jab to the nose.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Bean closes the distance and pushes Omarov back into the cage.
Omarov lands with a left to the head.

Bean is rocked!
Omarov creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Bean with a big uppercut! Bean tries to clinch up but Omarov pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Bean to the mat! Bean covers up and Omarov unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
