Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 18 - 9 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Benjamin Noeigati!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Darius Ghetea!
The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, David Schapiro and Steve Montenegro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Noeigati misses with a straight left.
Ghetea tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Noeigati was well out of range. Poor timing from Ghetea.
We've been told by Noeigati's head coaches at FIGHT FOUNDERS (CA) that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Ghetea swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Noeigati looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger.
Ghetea swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Ghetea ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Ghetea takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Ghetea tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Noeigati was well out of range. Poor timing from Ghetea.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Ghetea lands with an uppercut that bounces Noeigati off the cage and back into range.
It looks like Benjamin Noeigati has been cut.
Noeigati needs to keep his hands up - Ghetea had a free shot at his head there.
Noeigati takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Noeigati throws out a loose jab but Ghetea uses good head movement to avoid it.
Ghetea unleashes a big counter combination but Noeigati bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.

Noeigati lands a glancing blow to the side of Ghetea's head.
Ghetea rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Noeigati moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Noeigati blocks a leg kick.
Ghetea misses with a body shot.
Noeigati was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Noeigati misses with a right hand
enabling Ghetea to counter with a crisp jab.
Noeigati thuds a left hand into Ghetea's body.
Noeigati throws a leg kick which misses Ghetea's front leg but catches the back leg as Ghetea tries to avoid it.
Ghetea throws a shot from downtown. Noeigati moves away and avoids it.
Ghetea fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

Ghetea misses with a lunging right hand
and Noeigati counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Ghetea swinging wildly here.
A counter left hand to the body from Noeigati misses its target.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Ghetea throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Noeigati blocks a jab.
Noeigati appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body.
Noeigati has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Noeigati there as he acknowledges the shot.
A shot to the body from Ghetea misses
and Noeigati counters with a head kick that drops Ghetea to the mat! Ghetea scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!
Ghetea is rocked!
Ghetea has been working his punching technique in the buildup to the fight and it appears to be paying off.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Ghetea throws an off balance right hand
and Noeigati counters with a huge left! Ghetea is in big trouble! He's backing up but Noeigati isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Ghetea from any more damage. A dominating finish by Noeigati!
