Coming up we have a light heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Hung Young Wang (ranked 4673 p4p, 4738 weight class) and Caique Lima (ranked 447 p4p, 458 weight class). Caique Lima has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Hung Young Wang's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Caique Lima!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Yukihiro Shimada and Yukihiro Yamamoto.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A swing and a miss from Lima.
Wang bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Lima's head.
Lima has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Lima there as he acknowledges the shot.
Wang fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Lima, pushing him back against the ropes.
Lima is trying to maintain a safe position but Wang gets an underhook and turns Lima into the ropes.
Wang looking to slow down the pace here.
Lima looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Wang pushes Lima back against the ropes and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Wang misses with a hook from the clinch.
Lima blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
A frustrated look appears on Lima's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Lima breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Lima tries to keep at a distance but Wang has taken the fight into the clinch.
Wang swings wildly with an uppercut but Lima uses good head movement to avoid it.
Lima wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Wang has him pressed against the ropes.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Wang breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Lima paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.

Wang fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Lima, pushing him back against the ropes.

Wang misses with a short punch on the inside.
Lima has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Wang has Lima pressed against the ropes.
Lima is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.
Wang lands a right hand that snaps the head of Lima backwards.
A nice right hand lands inside from Wang.
Wang misses with some punches.
Lima is trying to force a seperation but Wang has the dominant position.
Wang swings wildly with an uppercut but Lima uses good head movement to avoid it.
Wang pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Wang connects with a nice looking jab.
Wang ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Lima moves away.
A big left from Lima misses.
Wang looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.
Lima fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Wang on the side of the head.

Wang misses with a straight left.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Lima swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Hung Young Wang seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Lima lands the left hand.
Wang clinches up with Lima and pushes him back against the ropes.

Lima has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Lima wants to break free but Wang has control.
Wang prevents Lima from breaking the clinch.

Lima escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Donk. Lima catches Wang right on the button with a cross.

Lima's corner calls for a 1-2. Lima obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Wang misses with a head kick.
Lima walks into a left hand.
Wang getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Lima throws a looping overhand right but Wang ducks down to avoid it.
Lima uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Wang.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Wang misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Lima stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Wang misses with a wild combination.
Lima doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter.
Wang rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Lima moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Lima lands with a right hand.
Wang cracks Lima with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Lima lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Wang bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Wang throws a jab when Lima was well out of range.

Wang misses with a punch on the inside.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Wang throws a punch but it's blocked by Lima.
Lima tries to break free but Wang pushes him back against the ropes.
Wang is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Lima can do to turn this around?

Caique Lima has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

Wang is looking to control Lima's arms but Lima gets an underhook and turns him. Now Wang has his back to the ropes.
Wang gets through Lima's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Lima wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Wang is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.

A quick uppercut on the inside from Wang.
Wang scores with a shot to the side of Lima's head.

Lima throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Wang is looking to counter punch.
Wang throws a shot from downtown. Lima moves away and avoids it.
Wang closes the distance and pushes Lima back into the ropes.

Wang will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Lima up against the ropes.
Wang breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Wang avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!

Lima throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Lima might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

Wang connects with a beautiful left hand that drops Lima onto his butt! Lima bounces straight back up though - he's OK. After the ref checks him out, we're back to the action.

It looks like Caique Lima has been cut.
Lima takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Lima is still on wobbly legs! Can Wang finish him?
Lima drops his guard momentarily, allowing Wang to crack him with a picture perfect lead left hook! Boom! Down goes Lima! Oh, he's in big trouble - I don't like his chances here as the referee's count reaches 5. 6,7,8,9...10! He's out! Wang takes it!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:46 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punch). Hung Young Wang!
