Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Riptide Young Stallion (ranked 3508 p4p, 4726 weight class) and Danu Jaya (ranked 386 p4p, 464 weight class). Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Danu Jaya enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 5 - 7 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Riptide Young Stallion! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 3 - 7 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Danu Jaya! The judges for this bout are Aleksei Zolotukhin, Sergei Dronov and Dmitry Maklakov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jaya shoots and misses and Young Stallion counters with a stiff right hand. Jaya moves to clinch but Young Stallion breaks away and Young Stallion counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Young Stallion wants to pass the guard but Jaya is defending well. Jaya is looking for a sweep. Young Stallion is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Young Stallion is working for a kimura but Jaya is defending it quite comfortably.
Jaya moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Young Stallion is fighting to break Jaya's control of his arms but Jaya is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
That's one minute gone in the round. Young Stallion stopping the sweep attempt from Jaya. Jaya trying to keep a closed guard but Young Stallion is proving a slippery customer.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Jaya is looking to sweep but instead, Young Stallion has passed into half guard.
Jaya throws a strike from the bottom that misses.
Jaya gets back to full guard.
Young Stallion stands and throws Jaya's legs to the side, diving into side control. Jaya is looking for a sweep.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jaya struggling a bit here. Young Stallion trying to control the position but Jaya is working away. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Jaya is trying to control Young Stallion's posture but Young Stallion avoids it. Jaya tries to buck Young Stallion off but Young Stallion is having none of it. Young Stallion working away. Young Stallion has control of an arm but Jaya manages to advance to Young Stallion's back! You can see the frustration on Young Stallion's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.
Jaya tries to get the hooks in deep but Young Stallion pushed the leg off.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jaya looking to finish the fight with a rear naked choke. Young Stallion is controlling Jaya 's left arm and he spins nicely into guard. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Jaya tries to land a sweep but no joy. Young Stallion trying to control the position from guard on top but Jaya is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Jaya throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.
Jaya wants to improve his position but instead Young Stallion has moved into half guard.
Young Stallion looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Jaya wants to control but Young Stallion is keeping busy.
Jaya might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Young Stallion haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. Young Stallion seems to be looking for submissions.
Jaya has one foot on Young Stallion's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Young Stallion misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Jaya.
Jaya tries to land a body kick and Young Stallion counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Jaya is lucky that one didn't land flush. Jaya scores with a takedown into Young Stallion's guard. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Riptide Young Stallion will probably get the nod. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Jaya feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Young Stallion keeping moving, preventing Jaya from controlling successfully. Jaya wants to stand up, so he's looking to wriggle free of Young Stallion's closed guard. He's half up but Young Stallion has locked on to an arm! Uh oh! Young Stallion pivots and extends the arm, Jaya falls face first to the mat and taps??... does he?? YES! He's tapping! Excellent counter grappling there by Young Stallion! Well done that man!
