Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Disco Sandcastle!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Peter Aerts!
The judges for this bout are Viktor Lagutenko, Ivan Kurochkin and Aleksandr Martynov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sandcastle takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Sandcastle uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Aerts.
Aerts swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Sandcastle cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Aerts connects with a jab.
Aerts fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Aerts misses with an uppercut.
Aerts lands a head shot.
Aerts displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Sandcastle throws out the jab.
Aerts looks to score with a jab to the body but Sandcastle is just out of range.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Sandcastle scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.

Sandcastle drops his hands momentarily and Aerts takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

Sandcastle doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

and Aerts counters with a lovely straight right hand!

Sandcastle loads up on a big right hand but Aerts slips the punch.

Aerts thows a left - swing and a miss!
Sandcastle waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Aerts.
A jab from Aerts does it's job there.
Sandcastle moves forwards but Aerts connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Sandcastle rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Aerts moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
A little jabbing left from Aerts on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.

Aerts scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Sandcastle avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Sandcastle lands a left and a right that send Aerts crashing to the mat, dazed. Sandcastle thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Aerts is rocked!
Sandcastle throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Aerts.
Despite the aggression on Aerts's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
Aerts is still on wobbly legs! Can Sandcastle finish him?
Sandcastle misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Aerts throws a shot from downtown. Sandcastle moves away and avoids it.
Sandcastle throws a nice looking combination but Aerts bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Aerts ducks into an uppercut from Sandcastle and that's knocked him out cold! This one is all over!
