The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sorenson lands with a nice body punch.
Albodean throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
We've been told by Sorenson's head coaches at Far-Q Fight Club that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Sorenson fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Albodean looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
A punch lands to the side of Albodean 's head but he takes it in his stride.

and Albodean counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.

Albodean looks to land a left hand but Sorenson moved out of range nicely.
Sorenson throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Sorenson throws a hook to the side of Albodean's head but Albodean sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Sorenson fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Albodean has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Luka Sorenson is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Albodean looks to score with a jab to the body but Sorenson is just out of range.
Sorenson lands a jab to the nose.
Sorenson blocks a head kick by Albodean.
Sorenson throws a right hand that Albodean ducks under and follows up with a left that Albodean also avoids with ease.
Albodean takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Luka Sorenson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Albodean displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Sorenson throws out the jab.
Albodean changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.
Albodean takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.

Sorenson fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Albodean uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Sorenson.

Albodean closes the distance looking for a takedown. Sorenson stuffs it but Albodean still has hold of him. Albodean picks Sorenson up in a fireman's lift! The crowd roars in approval. Albodean slams Sorenson to the floor and that's really hurt Sorenson - he doesn't know where he is! Albodean throws a couple of strikes and the referee steps in to save him! This one is in the books!
