Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Billi Goat (ranked 1553 p4p, 1671 weight class) and Maman Suraman (ranked 208 p4p, 222 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Billi Goat!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 5 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Maman Suraman!
The judges for this bout are Konstantin Menshow, Aleksandr Martynov and Igor Prikhodko.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Goat slips under a jab.
Goat throws a quick counter head kick but Suraman was just out of range.
Goat ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Suraman moves away.
Suraman tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
Suraman chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Goat can pounce on him.
Suraman checks a leg kick nicely.
Goat scores with a punch to the head.
Goat lands a jab to Suraman's midsection.
Goat lands an overhand right.
Goat fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Suraman on the side of the head.
Suraman looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Suraman shoots in looking for a takedown. Goat tries to sprawl out of it but Suraman keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Goat manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Suraman shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Goat but Goat pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Goat fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Suraman.
Goat cracks Suraman with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Goat misses with a body shot.
Goat is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.
Goat shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Suraman shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Goat pinned against the cage. Goat gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Billi Goat has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Maman Suraman.

Suraman shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Goat defends it nicely.
Goat throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Suraman tries to clinch but Goat moves out of range.

Goat connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Horrible takedown attempt by Suraman or perhaps it was just good defense by Goat, which made it look bad.

Goat was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Goat dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Goat bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Suraman's head.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Suraman throws a series of strikes that have Goat backpedaling.

A looping hook to the body misses from Goat. Suraman does a little dance to reset his feet.
Suraman shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Goat throws a low kick, looking for Suraman's leg but Suraman calmly moves out of range.
And Suraman tries to counter it with a takedown but Goat pushes his down on his head and steps out.
Suraman tries for a takedown but Goat sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Goat is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Suraman can do to turn this around?
Suraman shoots for a double leg takedown but Goat sprawls well. He's pushed Suraman's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Goat stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Goat wants it to stay on the feet.

enabling Goat to counter with a crisp jab.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Goat will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with each other but Suraman might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, Goat has got the better of the exchanges.

Goat feints and then cracks Suraman's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Suraman down.
Suraman looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Goat is fending him off so far but Suraman persists. Nope, Goat circles away and we're back to standing.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Suraman is trying desperately to land a takedown but Goat is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Suraman.

Suraman has his foot on Goat's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Goat works his way back into a safe position though.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Suraman is trying to keep Goat in close.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up.
Goat stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Goat throws a nice outside leg kick.
Goat fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Suraman.
Maman Suraman has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Suraman feints and as Goat raises his hands in defense, Suraman changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
And that's the end of the fight!
Billi Goat showed his dominance in that final round.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Goat, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
