Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Bo Hampton (ranked 5366 p4p, 2442 weight class) and Finn Mcgee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Finn Mcgee will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mcgee throws a series of punches but Hampton moves out of range.

Mcgee closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Hampton is looking to control Mcgee's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Hampton avoid being mounted?

Hampton is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Mcgee pulls his head out easily.
Mcgee is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Hampton wants to control but Mcgee is keeping busy and won't allow it.

It looks like Mcgee might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
Let's hope that Mcgee has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
Hampton could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

We've been hearing good reports from Hampton's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

Hampton defends a prolonged rear naked choke attempt and turns nicely into his opponent's guard.

Finn Mcgee showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Well Mcgee has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
