The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rettslag lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.

It looks like Biggie Smoke has been cut.
Rettslag cracks Smoke with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.

Smoke closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Rettslag to the mat! Rettslag manages to get full guard.
Smoke engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
Rettslag really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Smoke. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Smoke has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
Smoke won't allow Rettslag to get back to his feet.

Smoke is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Smoke looking to control and managing it successfully.
Rettslag tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Rettslag is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Smoke is trying to take his opponent's back.
Rettslag looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Smoke tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Rettslag wants to try and get back to his feet.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Rettslag is wriggling around here but as he tries to escape, Smoke has taken his back.

Smoke slows the pace down here. Having a little breather whilst he's in a dominant position, looking to rest and regain some energy, ready to go for the finish.
Rettslag can't escape the position.
Rettslag is trying to get back to his feet but Smoke has full control of the position and if anything, Rettslag has just worked his way into a worse spot.

Smoke has managed to slip his arm under Rettslag's chin. This could be all over... yep, Rettslag is tapping out! Submission win for Smoke.
