Let's get this grappling contest under way! Who will be victorious? Ignatowski bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Score +4 for clean takedown past guard: Ignatowski (4) vs (0) McDonald McDonald tries to bench press Ignatowski off him but Ignatowski keeps the position. McDonald trying to control but Ignatowski flips him over like a cheap hooker and has his back! Score +3 for taking back: Ignatowski (7) vs (0) McDonald McDonald is being controlled on the ground here - he must escape this position otherwise surely the end is near.
Ignatowski is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. McDonald has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Ignatowski has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! McDonald taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Ignatowski doesn't care though - he's delighted!
