PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Taistelu Jaska (ranked 3907 p4p, 2157 weight class) and Ivan Rojas (ranked 398 p4p, 246 weight class). Jaska comes to the cage accompanied by Taistelu Jaska Theme from youtube. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rojas throws a hook to the side of Jaska's head but Jaska sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Rojas swings for the body but Jaska moves out of range.
Jaska went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
A jab from Rojas does it's job there.
Ivan Rojas seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Rojas digs a good body shot into Jaska's ribs.
Jaska slips under a jab from Rojas.
Jaska seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.
Rojas scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Rojas throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Rojas lands a left and a right that send Jaska crashing to the mat, dazed. Rojas thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Jaska is rocked!

It looks like Taistelu Jaska has been cut.
Rojas shakes his hands by his side, trying to relax. Jaska takes his eyes off the ball for a moment - Rojas sees the opportunity and cracks him with a massive hook! Jaska bends double and collapses on top of himself - he's out! The crowd are going absolutely nuts! Wow, what a knockout!
