Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Shaun Fritz (ranked 25626 p4p, 4507 weight class) and Tony Taxi (ranked 450 p4p, 386 weight class). The key to victory for Shaun Fritz has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Shaun Fritz! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Tony Taxi! The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Yuuki Gou and Yukihiro Shimada.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Fritz drives through with a takedown into Taxi's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position. Taxi wants to sweep but no luck. Taxi is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Taxi wants to free his trapped foot but Fritz is holding on for dear life with his legs. Fritz kicks Taxi off and gets back to his feet. Taxi tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Fritz manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Fritz seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance. Fritz throws a big shot that misses. Fritz moves to clinch but Taxi breaks away and Taxi counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Fritz wants to get back to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Taxi takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Fritz is looking to escape. Taxi is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount! Fritz is trying to stand up. Taxi takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Taxi working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet. Taxi is working close to his opponent, looking to work a submission by the looks of things. Oh, he's managed to get a guillotine from mount as his opponent reached up! That looks tiiiiight! Will he tap? YES, he's tapped! Impressive submission by Taxi!
