Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Blitz Ugen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Felipe Bruzzi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Felipe Bruzzi will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Alexandre Firmino, Leandro Rodrigues and Mauricio Rocha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bruzzi closes the distance and clinches.
Bruzzi lands a body punch.
Ugen can't get the takedown.
Bruzzi pulls guard effortlessly.
Ugen might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Ugen tries to free his leg and advance position but Bruzzi is retaining full guard.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Ugen seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
Bruzzi is looking to get full guard. It looks like he might be successful but at the last minute Ugen jumps into side control!
I wouldn't like to be where Bruzzi is right now.
Ugen is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Bruzzi will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.

Ugen looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Ugen goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Bruzzi rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Ugen's guard! Nice work there by Bruzzi!

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Bruzzi controls Ugen momentarily but Ugen frees himself.
Ugen stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Bruzzi swivels though and keeps the full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Bruzzi wants to sweep here but Ugen controlling him for the moment.
Bruzzi is trying to control the position from the bottom.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Felipe Bruzzi will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Bruzzi lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Ugen circles away quickly and effectively.

Bruzzi throws a nice looking combination but Ugen bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Ugen.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Blitz Ugen. That's going to take a lot out of him.
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Ugen goes for a takedown in the clinch but Bruzzi prevents it.
Bruzzi misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Ugen.
Ugen is trying to drag Bruzzi to the mat but Bruzzi just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Bruzzi wants a takedown.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Bruzzi is looking to break free of the clinch but Ugen has double underhooks.
Ugen is pushing Bruzzi up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.
Bruzzi is trying to force a seperation but Ugen has the dominant position.
Bruzzi is breathing heavily.
Ugen gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Bruzzi.
Ugen can't get the takedown.
Ugen has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
The is referee keeping an eye on Ugen - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
Bruzzi drops down looking for an ankle pick but Ugen pulls his leg out and moves away.
Ugen will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Bruzzi throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Ugen gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Bruzzi.
Bruzzi doesn't manage to clinch there - Ugen circles away.

Ugen shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Bruzzi is squirming around, avoiding Ugen's attempts to control the action.

The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!
Ugen closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Bruzzi to the mat! Bruzzi manages to get full guard.
Ugen is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Bruzzi is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Bruzzi is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Ugen defends well.
Bruzzi takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Bruzzi isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Ugen stacks Bruzzi on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Ugen!

Ugen wants to lay and pray for a moment but Bruzzi keeps working.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Bruzzi wants to improve position but instead he's given up his back.
Blitz Ugen has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
