Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Old Grappling (ranked 2835 p4p, 3511 weight class) and Marshall Knight (ranked 330 p4p, 389 weight class). Grappling comes to the ring accompanied by After Dark - Old Grappling. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 1, fighting out of St Petersburg, Old Grappling!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Marshall Knight!
The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Darius Henderson and Francis DeMontford.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Knight misses with a looping left.
Grappling feinted with a counter takedown.
Knight misses the shot to the body.
Grappling is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Knight.
Knight throws a hook to the side of Grappling's head but Grappling sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Grappling tries to clinch up.

Grappling feints and as Knight raises his hands in defense, Grappling changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Grappling scoring with some ground and pound.
Grappling is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
Grappling looking to pass the guard.
Grappling slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Grappling wants to control from the top but Knight keeps moving.
Grappling has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Grappling looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.
Knight is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Grappling might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Knight is letting Grappling control him for a moment.
Knight on the wrong end of some ground and pound.
Grappling is looking to take a break and control but Knight is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Grappling prevents Knight from escaping the position.

Knight takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
Grappling wants to lay and pray for a moment but Knight keeps working.

Grappling scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Knight to see if he's OK.

Knight is trying to stand and escape here. He's got onto all fours but that's just let Grappling take his back! Uh oh - Grappling has got a rear naked choke here! Knight is forced to tap! It's all over! One monent is all it takes in this sport!
