Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bruno Canto (ranked 3483 p4p, 4582 weight class) and Drew Krueger (ranked 409 p4p, 494 weight class). Drew Krueger has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Bruno Canto! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Drew Krueger! The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Sosuke Kotani.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Canto connects with a single shot there. Canto lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Canto lands with a shot to the body. Canto misses the shot to the body. A countering left hand to the body from Krueger misses. Canto tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Krueger was well out of range. Poor timing from Canto. We've been informed that Krueger has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result. Canto jabs Krueger to the body, keeping him at a distance. A looping hook to the body misses from Krueger. Canto does a little dance to reset his feet. We've been told by Canto's head coaches at Tea Time Takedowns that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Canto thuds his shin into the meat of Krueger's side. Krueger keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
A telegraphed right hand from Canto misses the target. Canto takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Some bone on bone action there as Krueger checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one. Canto missing with a left hand there. Krueger was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. A head kick from Canto lands but Krueger takes it in his stride.
It looks like Drew Krueger has been cut. Canto is looking to wear down Krueger with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Canto throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
That's one minute gone in the round. Krueger looks to score with a jab to the body but Canto is just out of range. Canto connects with a single shot there. Canto throws a good cross that connects.
Canto throws a body shot but no joy. Canto lands a big head kick that sends Krueger tumbling to the mat! Canto takes a step backwards and waves Krueger back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Krueger is rocked! A good leg kick by Canto. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Canto thows a left - swing and a miss! Canto throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Krueger counters with a nice uppercut.
It looks like Bruno Canto has been cut. Krueger slips under a jab from Canto. A nice side step and Krueger releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home. Canto scores with a sloppy right hand. Krueger should have avoided that one. Krueger shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Canto as he jumps to the side. That kick from Canto tenderised Krueger's leg. Krueger is trying to keep his angry face on.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Horrible takedown attempt by Krueger or perhaps it was just good defense by Canto, which made it look bad. Canto ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Krueger moves away. Canto bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Krueger throws a predictable looking body shot
and Canto counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Krueger misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Canto.
A big right from Canto misses. Canto bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Krueger's head. Canto moves away from the strike by Krueger. Krueger takes a kick to the body and keeps moving. Canto throws a right and a left that Krueger avoids nicely. Krueger avoids the head kick by Canto.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Canto dips to his left and cracks Krueger with an uppercut! Bruno Canto is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Canto lands a jab to the head.
Krueger is still on wobbly legs! Can Canto finish him? Canto is really peppering his opponent's head with punches. Krueger bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Krueger seems to have recovered his senses. Krueger just misses with a punch to the body.
Krueger lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Canto circles away quickly and effectively. Krueger defending well as Canto loads up on a big left hand. Canto jabs Krueger to the body, keeping him at a distance. Canto scores with a hook. Canto feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Krueger sprawling to the canvas! Krueger rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Canto finish him?!
That has opened up Drew Krueger's cut even more. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Krueger moves out of range of the strikes. Krueger throws a sloppy body shot
and Canto counters with a deadly accurate combination that rocks Krueger badly! He tries to strike back but Canto puts an end to that with another precision combo that knocks Krueger out cold! Oh man, Krueger will never hear the end of this one!
