Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Mikheil Berishvili (ranked 869 p4p, 2486 weight class) and Waldemar Friberg (ranked 66 p4p, 176 weight class). Berishvili comes to the cage accompanied by Acharuli Gandagana. Waldemar Friberg will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Friberg gets tackled into the cage by Berishvili. Berishvili maintains the clinch.

Berishvili jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Friberg walks away with a smile on his face. Berishvili gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Friberg rushes Berishvili and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Friberg has gone for a leg lock! Berishvili slips out almost immediately though and dives into Friberg's guard.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Berishvili is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.

As Friberg tries to get set, Berishvili tries to push him back and clinch up but Friberg manages to avoid the attempt.

Friberg postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Berishvili is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Friberg, into his guard.

Friberg has control of Berishvili's left arm, preventing Berishvili from doing any damage.

Berishvili is pushing down on Friberg's leg trying to pass to half guard. Friberg is fighting to maintain full guard but Berishvili has managed to sneak the leg through.

Friberg wants to control the position but that's not easy when your opponent is in side control! Berishvili seems to be going for some sort of submission here. Hard to say what - oh, it's a Brabo choke! He's got it! Friberg is tapping! Wow, great finish!
