And in the blue corner, fighting out of New York, with a TWGC record of 48 wins and 66 losses; Boris Balkan! The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Donald Grub and Chris Edwards.
The official calls the fighters to the middle and the contest is under way. Balkan darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Score +2 for takedown into guard / half guard: Oh (0) vs (2) Balkan Balkan seems to be working for a kimura but Oh defends the submission attempt. Oh is breathing heavily. Balkan is controlling the pace.
Balkan is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

Oh might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
