Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Darren King (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stefan Salvatore (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). King comes to the cage accompanied by These Fighting Words. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Donatello Bradman and Summer Carpenter.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Salvatore slips under a jab.
King rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Salvatore moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
King throws a right and a left that Salvatore avoids nicely.
Salvatore looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? King is fending him off so far but Salvatore persists. Nope, King circles away and we're back to standing.
Salvatore shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
King tries to clinch up but Salvatore circles away and keeps his distance.

Salvatore closes the distance but King moves to the side

Salvatore dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on King. That did some damage!
King lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Salvatore circles away quickly and effectively.

and Salvatore finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.
Stefan Salvatore seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

King stuffs the takedown attempt from Salvatore. Salvatore gets slowly back to his feet.
Salvatore takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Salvatore avoids a low kick by using good footwork.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
