The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Peterson closes the distance and pushes Knightley back into the cage.

and Knightley cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Peterson creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Peterson pushes off an throws an elbow but Knightley leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.
Peterson has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Knightley uses from the top position.
Peterson has a closed guard, preventing Knightley from standing up.
Peterson has his feet on Knightley's thighs here. He's pushed Knightley off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Knightley screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
