The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johnson has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.

It looks like Ezekiel Johnson has been cut.
Johnson takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Pereira has been working on his boxing with his coaches at 3Band MMA in the buildup to the fight.
Johnson takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Johnson looks winded!
A left and a right from Pereira both land. Nice combination.
A looping hook to the body misses from Pereira. Johnson does a little dance to reset his feet.
Pereira swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Pereira avoids the body shot from Johnson.
Pereira throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Johnson stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Johnson throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Pereira lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Johnson at a distance.
Pereira is looking to wear down Johnson with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Johnson has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Pereira finds it's way round the side to connect with Johnson's head.
Johnson moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Pereira lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Pereira fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Pereira stuns Johnson with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Pereira lands with a good body shot.
Johnson takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

A cross from Pereira lands.
Johnson takes one to the side of the head.

Johnson is rocked!
Pereira ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Johnson is still on wobbly legs! Can Pereira finish him?
Pereira cracks Johnson on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Johnson falls backwards against the cage. Pereira follows up with more strikes that drop Johnson to his knees. Pereira keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Johnson! This one is all over!
