The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johnson's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Cubensis connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Johnson scrambles back to his feet.
Cubensis misses with a series of wild punches.

Nice uppercut lands for Cubensis. That snapped Johnson's head back.

Cubensis cracks Johnson with a right hand to the side of the head.

enabling Cubensis to counter with a crisp jab.

It looks like Ezekiel Johnson has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Johnson on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Cubensis paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
A nice combination there by Cubensis.
Cubensis lands a nice shot to the body.
Cubensis lunges at Johnson with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Johnson's hand.
Cubensis lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Cubensis pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Johnson back to the cage. Cubensis follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

Johnson is rocked!
Johnson gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Cubensis gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Johnson is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!
