Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Sean Dickinson (ranked 2350 p4p, 3103 weight class) and Balink Tarlah (ranked 290 p4p, 354 weight class). Dickinson comes to the cage accompanied by Resurrection - Chris Travis. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 27 - 22 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Sean Dickinson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 29 - 23 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Balink Tarlah!
The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Sam Margolis and Andrew Berry.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dickinson scores with the left hand. Tarlah knows he should have avoided that one.
Dickinson slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.

It looks like Balink Tarlah has been cut.
A looping hook to the body misses from Dickinson. Tarlah does a little dance to reset his feet.
A little jabbing left from Tarlah on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Dickinson throws a leg kick that is checked

and Tarlah counters with a nice double leg into side control. Dickinson won't be happy with that.

Dickinson stalks Tarlah and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Tarlah's face. Tarlah staggers backwards, shaken.
Dickinson looks to throw the jab but Tarlah is out of range.
Tarlah lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
Dickinson shoots in for a takedown but Tarlah shows good takedown defense.
It seemed like Tarlah was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Tarlah is standing up over Dickinson. Dickinson looks to escape but Tarlah dives into side control.
Dickinson pushes Tarlah away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Tarlah gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
You can see the frustration on Dickinson's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Tarlah wants to control but Dickinson is keeping him busy.

Dickinson sneaks out the side door and pushes Tarlah away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape.

Dickinson rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Tarlah moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Tarlah throws out a counter right but Dickinson avoids it with no problem.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Tarlah slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Dickinson has hold of Tarlah's hands but Tarlah slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Tarlah looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Dickinson tries to kick Tarlah off but Tarlah keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Dickinson, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
