Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Michael Dawson (ranked 3320 p4p, 2623 weight class) and Noah Kinsman (ranked 317 p4p, 255 weight class). The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Michael Dawson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Noah Kinsman!
The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, John Kavanagh and Jorge Garcia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dawson stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Dawson lands a lovely overhand right.
A combination from Kinsman does no damage.
Kinsman throws a head kick that misses.
An attempted straight right counter from Dawson misses the target.
Dawson takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
It looks like Michael Dawson has been cut.
Left hook, right uppercut from Dawson.
Dawson takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Kinsman tries a head kick but it misses.
Dawson lands a body shot.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Dawson moves out of range as Kinsman throws a body kick.
Kinsman tries to bum rush Dawson with a series of wild strikes but Dawson uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
We've been told by Dawson's head coaches at California Top Team that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
A low kick lands for Dawson.
Kinsman tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Dawson was well out of range. Poor timing from Kinsman.
A jab from Dawson finds it's way through Kinsman's defenses.
Kinsman is rocked!
Kinsman misses with a jab, cross combination.
Kinsman throws the left hand but Dawson avoids the punch easily.
Dawson misses with a jab, cross combination.
Kinsman looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Kinsman throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Kinsman takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Dawson swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Kinsman tries a head kick but it misses.
A head kick from Dawson lands but Kinsman takes it in his stride.
Kinsman is still on wobbly legs! Can Dawson finish him?
Dawson lands a brutal head kick. Kinsman looks out on his feet and Dawson throws more strikes until the ref is forced to stop the fight!
