The fighters connect hands in the middle of the mat and we are under way. Pancake tries to sprawl but Hughes drives through with a takedown into half guard. Hughes wants to take a breather but Pancake is having none of it. Pancake wants to control but Hughes is keeping busy and won't allow it. Hughes seems to be looking for submissions.
