The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mcgee with a jab.
Mcgee's corner calls for a 1-2. Mcgee obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Gonzalez dives in for a single leg takedown but Mcgee sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Mcgee lands with a cross.
Mcgee fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Mcgee defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Gonzalez.
Good shot there by Mcgee.
Richard Mcgee seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A left lands for Mcgee.
Gonzalez walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Gonzalez is rocked!
Gonzalez is looking to clinch but Mcgee is avoiding it.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Mcgee throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Gonzalez tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Mcgee defends well and Gonzalez ends up having to push Mcgee into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Richard Mcgee has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Raul Gonzalez.
Gonzalez moves forwards but Mcgee connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Gonzalez is still on wobbly legs! Can Mcgee finish him?
Mcgee ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Mcgee throws an overhand right that drops Gonzalez like a sack of potatoes! Mcgee dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!
