Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Skylar Clouds (ranked 4211 p4p, 4569 weight class) and Dan White (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Skylar Clouds!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Dan White!
The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, David Schapiro and Jonathan Paton.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
White fails with a takedown attempt.
A right-left combo lands from Clouds.
Clouds lands a leg kick that knocks White off balance momentarily.

White closes the distance and clinches.

White's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Clouds scores with a spinning back kick!
White misses with a leg kick
and Clouds makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Clouds scores to the head and body with a nice combination!

It looks like Dan White has been cut.
Clouds tries to clinch but White moves out of range.
Clouds lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
This has been an exciting period of action!
A solid leg kick lands there for Clouds.
White shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Clouds pinned against the cage. Clouds gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Clouds moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
White blocks a head kick by Clouds.
Skylar Clouds seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Clouds clinches.
Clouds is trying to maintain a safe position but White gets an underhook and turns Clouds into the cage.
Clouds scores with a shot to the side of White's head.
Clouds is pressed up against the cage. White has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Clouds down to the mat. Clouds avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Skylar Clouds has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dan White.
White shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Clouds as he jumps to the side.
Clouds changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. White tries to avoid it but Clouds manages to keep hold of a leg and drag White to the ground. White escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
White closes this distance looking for a takedown but Clouds circles away.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
White is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Clouds.

White is rocked!
Clouds gets in close and tags White with a short punch that almost sends White to the mat! Oh White is in big trouble! He turns his back on Clouds, trying to create some distance but Clouds rushes him, striking wildly and White goes down! The referee tackles Clouds into the cage to end the fight! Clouds is one violent man!
