The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kong moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.

Gers changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.
Kong lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Kong lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.

Gers is trying to work for a kimura but Kong is defending well.
Gers takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
