Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Matt Seal!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Eric Fassett!
The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Yves DeLean and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fassett shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Seal but Seal pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Fassett scores with a shot to the body.
Fassett ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Seal moves away.
Seal uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Fassett throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Seal sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Fassett throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Fassett looks to throw the jab but Seal is out of range.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Seal lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Fassett dives in for a single leg takedown but Seal sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Matt Seal has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Eric Fassett.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
