The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Sharr Ikk takes the fight into the clinch.
Sharr Ikk looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
World has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Sharr Ikk is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Sharr Ikk escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Sharr Ikk stalks World and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into World's face. World staggers backwards, shaken.
Sharr Ikk throws a nice looking combination but World bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Kane Sharr Ikk seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sharr Ikk scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. World doesn't seem bothered though.
Sharr Ikk throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
And World tries to counter it with a takedown but Sharr Ikk pushes his down on his head and steps out.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

World is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
