The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Nice sprawl there from Sureshot as Ahola shoots in.

Ahola shoots in looking for a takedown. Sureshot tries to sprawl out of it but Ahola keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the ropes. Sureshot manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
James Sureshot has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Lars Ahola.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Lars Ahola seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sureshot shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Sureshot sets himself, and Ahola steps forward looking for the clinch! Sureshot avoids it this time.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Sureshot throws a big counter combination but Ahola scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.
Ahola shoots for a takedown but Sureshot saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Sureshot swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.
Ahola misses with a jab, cross combination.
No luck for Ahola with that takedown attempt.

and as Ahola loses concentration momentarily, Sureshot counters with a picture perfect head kick! Ahola goes down, out cold! The referee rushed in to check on his condition - I'm sure he'll be ok but that was a massive knockout!
