Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between George Pogie (ranked 1848 p4p, 1525 weight class) and Frane Vinkovic (ranked 222 p4p, 184 weight class). Pogie comes into the arena with Nobody’s Angel blaring out of the sound system. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pogie looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Vinkovic scores with a hook.
It looks like George Pogie has been cut.
Pogie uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Vinkovic.
Vinkovic looks to land a right hand but Pogie moved out of range.
A looping hook to the body misses from Vinkovic. Pogie does a little dance to reset his feet.
Pogie has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Cozad The Island in the buildup to the fight.
Pogie looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Pogie ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
A jab from Vinkovic does it's job there.
Vinkovic is stalking Pogie. Pogie circles to his left. Keeps circling left. Bam! Straight right from Vinkovic, and it's lights out! Pogie really payed the price for that rookie mistake.
