Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Aden Parker!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Jose Joao Antonio Ferriera!
The judges for this bout are Santiago Holmes, Dirk Anderson and Sandra Marshall.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Parker misses with an uppercut. Ferriera saw that one coming.
Ferriera has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Parker looks to land a left hand but Ferriera moved out of range nicely.
Parker throws an overhand right that lands on Ferriera's shoulder, as Ferriera tries to avoid the shot.
Ferriera is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch.
Parker bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Ferriera's head.
Ferriera takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
The fighters circling - Parker throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Ferriera steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from Parker.
Parker keeps the fight on the outside.
Parker looks to land a left hand but Ferriera moved out of range nicely.
Parker throws a hook to the side of Ferriera's head but Ferriera sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Ferriera throws a hook but Parker avoids it easily.
Parker definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Parker throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Parker throws out a token jab with nothing on it.

Ferriera takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Parker throws a lazy uppercut
and Ferriera moves into the clinch.
Ferriera jumps guard.
Ferriera working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Parker doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Ferriera is tightening it up a little... Parker has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Parker reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Parker taps out! Nice BJJ there by Ferriera!
