Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Shirley Crabtree (ranked 3569 p4p, 2445 weight class) and Khamzat Magomedov (ranked 391 p4p, 292 weight class). Crabtree comes to the ring accompanied by The Chopper - Predator Soundtrack. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Khamzat Magomedov!
The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Tatsuya Matsuyama.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Magomedov bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Crabtree lands a nice shot to the body.
Magomedov throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Crabtree's waist but Crabtree gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Magomedov off to one side.

Magomedov feints and as Crabtree raises his hands in defense, Magomedov changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Crabtree pulls Magomedov in close to prevent any damage.
Crabtree doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
Crabtree knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Magomedov on the ground.
Magomedov is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Crabtree is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Crabtree has escaped and now he's on top!
Crabtree wants to control from the top but Magomedov keeps moving.

Crabtree has his hands clasped together but Magomedov extends and breaks Crabtree's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Magomedov.
