Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mikhail Popkov (ranked 3276 p4p, 3991 weight class) and Stanley Wagon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 17 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Mikhail Popkov! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 6 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Stanley Wagon! The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Percy O'Donnell and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Popkov lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Wagon drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. Popkov with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Popkov goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Popkov looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Popkov thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Wagon if he has to take too many more of those.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. A jab lands there for Popkov. Popkov is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range. Popkov connects with a right hand. Wagon shakes it off. Nice defenses there by Popkov. Wagon chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Popkov can pounce on him.

We've been told by Popkov's head coaches at 3Band MMA that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. The fighters circling - Wagon throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Wagon looks winded! Popkov drops Wagon with a big left hand! Wagon is injured, injured bad! Popkov jumps in and finished him with strikes! The fight is over!
