And in the blue corner, fighting out of New York, with a TWGC record of 1 wins and 0 losses; Yaroslav Amosov!
The judges for this bout are Chris Saunders, Jeff Smith and Micheangelo Fripello.


The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way.

Amosov instigates a clinch.
Amosov is trying to drag Rocksteady to the mat but Rocksteady just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Amosov felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.

Rocksteady drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Amosov manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Rocksteady has Amosov in his guard.

Rocksteady working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Amosov doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Amosov manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
