Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Kristian Kent (ranked 5819 p4p, 2855 weight class) and Sagat Petchyindee (ranked 499 p4p, 330 weight class). Petchyindee has chosen Wai khru ram muay as his entrance music. This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Kristian Kent!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Sagat Petchyindee!
The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, Eddie Farnsworth and John Kavanagh.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

It looks like Kristian Kent has been cut.
Petchyindee told us before the fight that he's been working on his elbows. An under utilised technique these days - let's see if it can sway the outcome of the fight.

Petchyindee is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Kent on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Kent tries to get out of the position.
