Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Banchamek Buakaw (ranked 1401 p4p, 1224 weight class) and Charles Barkley (ranked 169 p4p, 149 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Barkley's choice of entrance music: Space Jam. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barkley misses with an uppercut. Buakaw saw that one coming.
Buakaw takes a swing at Barkley's ribcage but misses.
Barkley pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Barkley blocks a jab.
Barkley throws a jab when Buakaw was well out of range.
Buakaw throwing a counter right hand but Barkley manages to avoid it.
Buakaw fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Barkley manages to avoid it.
Barkley throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Buakaw misses with a lunging right hand
enabling Barkley to counter with a crisp jab.
Buakaw misses with an uppercut. Barkley saw that one coming.
Barkley scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Buakaw lands a right hook to the body.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Buakaw looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Buakaw will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Barkley takes a body punch but keeps moving.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Buakaw jabs Barkley right on the nose. Barkley blinks but takes it well.
It looks like Charles Barkley has been cut.
Buakaw waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Barkley.
Nice defenses there by Buakaw.
Barkley connects with a jab.

Barkley moves away from the strike by Buakaw.
Buakaw lands a really nice looking cross but Barkley seems unphased.
Buakaw takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Barkley turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Barkley throws a body shot but no joy.
Barkley's jab looks to have found its range, popping Buakaw under the eye.
Barkley paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Buakaw misses with a hook
and Barkley counters with a lovely straight right hand!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Barkley cracks Buakaw with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Buakaw looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Barkley finish him?
Buakaw is rocked!
Buakaw takes a swing at Barkley's ribcage but misses.
Buakaw takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Oh Buakaw is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Buakaw throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Barkley counters with a body kick that stops Buakaw in his tracks momentarily.
Buakaw is breathing heavily.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Barkley shakes his hands by his side, trying to relax. Buakaw takes his eyes off the ball for a moment - Barkley sees the opportunity and cracks him with a massive hook! Buakaw bends double and collapses on top of himself - he's out! The crowd are going absolutely nuts! Wow, what a knockout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:07 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Charles Barkley!
A relieved looking Charles Barkley thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
