And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Lazaro Do Loreyro!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Alan Glass and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Do Loreyro looks to land a right hand but Velchovski moved out of range.
Velchovski appears to be looking for a big counter.
Velchovski fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Do Loreyro takes one on the button.
Velchovski scores with a hook.
Velchovski throws a head kick that misses
and Do Loreyro counters with a single leg into guard. Velchovski didn't expect that.
Do Loreyro drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Do Loreyro jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Do Loreyro drops back looking for a leg! Velchovski is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Velchovski manages to kick Do Loreyro off! Do Loreyro jumps back into Velchovski's guard.
Do Loreyro trying to control but Velchovski is working from the bottom.
Do Loreyro prevents Velchovski from getting back to his feet.
Do Loreyro drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Do Loreyro as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Velchovski screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Do Loreyro! Nice submission victory there!
